Why on earth am I blogging?
I’ll tell you. A buddy of mine from my school days challenged me to put up a blog and blog.. for 30 90 (oops!) days, every single day (besides the Sabbath).
So, here goes… the blog of yours truly!

I know this struggling IT support firm in NJ. What generic advice can you give someone in the service/support field?
I’ve heard things like “Sell solutions, not twenty options.”

Yeah, you are the fellow that made me agree to this ridiculous challenge of writing a blog. but remember, you PROMISED that you would comment every day… and being that you forced me to putting a link to this blog on my homepage, maybe we will get other visitors…
