About Issamar Ginzberg

INTEGRITY. INTELLIGENCE. INTUITIVE.

Whether you are looking for advice in how to grow your business; or how to market your business, you need to talk to someone with integrity, someone you can trust. When you are considering buying real estate, a consultant who has the intelligence and experience to understand the roles of purchaser, investor, broker, landlord, and lender is indispensable. If you are an entrepreneur, it’s important to be able to count on an advisor who has the intuitive skills to lead you in the right direction.

Amidst the myriad of marketing gurus, real-estate preachers, and business counselors, all experts in their individual fields, there is one such person who stands out from the crowd, one man who has the ability and experience and knowledge in not just one area of business but in real estate and business credit; in marketing strategies and public relations; in business issues and business growth. This man is Issamar Ginzberg.

Issamar Ginzberg is a contradiction in many areas. He is a rabbi, which means he is learned and an excellent teacher (an imperative talent in providing advice) and has the integrity that comes with the territory. Yet he lost well over one-million dollars in the real-estate crash and is on the fast track to recouping it. There aren’t many rabbis, no less self-taught ones, who have earned millions of dollars in real-estate transactions and few who would share the negative aspects of real-estate investment in order to prevent others from making the same mistakes.

This is not all that makes Issamar Ginzberg unique. Issamar is just 31-years old. How does someone have 24 years of experience as an entrepreneur and be only 31?

According to Issamar, “I started my company at the age of seven or so, just after the first Macintosh computer came out. First I sold pieces of candy at school. I would buy a box of candy then sell each piece separately. When I wasn’t selling candy, and doing my homework, I was drawn like a magnet to computers.”

The entrepreneurial child grew into a savvy intelligent teenager who spent his time creating software programs, raking in thousands of dollars, and making deals with major companies including Apple. It wasn’t long before other multimillion-dollar companies were calling on young Issamar to help them with their marketing and business strategies and to increase their awareness in the marketplace.

From simple salesmanship melded with passion and the intuitive skills of marketing and PR, Issamar Ginzberg took another leap into an unknown (to him) industry: real estate. Issamar earned his real-estate license when he was 22 and proceeded to learn everything he could about real estate.

“When I enter a new field, I always go into the field not only in breadth, but in depth. This is what led me to understanding FICO scores and credit reports on the level of understanding exactly what makes them tick; and how to help people raise their credit scores by over 100 points in less than 14 days,” says the rabbi who closed more than 20-million-dollars in real-estate transactions over a three-year period.

It isn’t rocket science to understand why Issamar Ginzberg has been published in 30-plus prestigious publications including Inc. Magazine, which honored him among its Top 10 of 2005 Entrepreneur of the Year designation.

Yes, he has had failures as previously mentioned. But, without failure, how can one succeed? How could Issamar understand what kind of advice his clients need to be successful without knowing what works and what doesn’t!

Issamar Ginzberg’s client success-stories outnumber his own. He has helped a doctor develop a new line of business; helped another client open a shirt company; helped a nonprofit increase their fundraising tremendously; advised a woman in Florida how to open a net café with no out-of-pocket money and even helped people become successful published authors.

His biggest fans are his clients. Here is a sampling of what they have to say:

“Issamar is a successful innovative entrepreneur who can be trusted.”

“We call Issamar for advice on everything — every e-mail we send out, every marketing idea –he’s a genius overflowing with knowledge.”

“Entrepreneurs take pride in knowing they can climb mountains but if someone knew of stairs or an escalator to get you there, wouldn’t you want to connect with that person? I believe (Issamar) he knows where the escalator is to get there faster, easier, simpler (& funnier).”

“While I have owned a small business before, much has changed since those years; and I knew I needed to be brought up-to-date on the latest marketing trends, including the implementation of social media in a way that would produce the most results. Issamar is very personable, and he had a lot of patience in answering every question. Most importantly, he has terrific marketing ideas for someone like myself who does not have a huge budget to devote to marketing and advertising.”

“Cannot tell how many times I have heard business advice that left me feeling good, but after a few days I looked back and asked “What did I really learn?” That won’t happen when you work with Rabbi Ginzberg. He is jam-packed with valuable information.”

“Rabbi Ginzberg is the most amazing thinker I have ever met… he must have at least 150 ideas for any business to give them all-new profit streams and leverage their existing assets for much more profitability.”

From Brooklyn to Israel (he founded an organization ESEI – English-Speaking Entrepreneurs Israel) and everywhere in between, Issamar Ginzberg enjoys the challenge of working with different types of businesses (online and off-line), giving his clients personal attention. He takes his expertise in the fields of business marketing, development, real estate, and his understanding of the credit-scoring systems for both individuals and businesses, and then individualizes it specifically for your situation. He is intelligent, intuitive and his integrity is unmatched – a far cry from the mass-appeal “drink the Kool-Aid” success-sellers.

Rabbi Issamar Ginzberg’s favorite pastimes are letting people pick his brain on marketing and business insight; helping human beings solve their problems and getting their worries off their chests; and making the world a better place.
